My Journey for Mackerel: A Culinary Experience

To my utter delight, the fishmonger confirmed my hopes – they had mackerel, and not just any mackerel, but ‘SPANISH MACKEREL,’ a variety I hadn’t even considered, igniting my excitement for a future flavorful meal.
